Investing.com – Israel stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the declined 0.04%.
The best performers of the session on the were Shufersal (TASE:), which rose 2.66% or 75.00 points to trade at 2,897.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) added 2.51% or 83.00 points to end at 3,392.00 and Energix (TASE:) was up 1.49% or 18.00 points to 1,230.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nice Ltd (TASE:), which fell 2.04% or 1,490.00 points to trade at 71,510.00 at the close. Liveperson (TASE:) declined 1.95% or 163.00 points to end at 8,190.00 and Mivne Real Estate KD Ltd (TASE:) was down 1.64% or 20.00 points to 1,201.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 290 to 233 and 1 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 1.88% or 1.81 to $97.84 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 1.76% or 1.77 to hit $102.35 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.55% or 10.60 to trade at $1,948.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.08% to 3.23, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.02% to 3.51.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.03% at 99.79.
